Meta data deletion
You can remove the authorization data created when a WhatsApp Business Account was connected to OmniReach.
Request deletion through Meta
Remove OmniReach from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Meta will send a signed deletion request to OmniReach, and a confirmation link will be generated automatically.
Request deletion through OmniReach
A workspace owner can disconnect WhatsApp from Settings → Channels. For account-level deletion, contact [email protected] from the workspace owner email.
What is removed
The Meta authorization token, app-scoped Meta user mapping, WABA identifier and connected phone-number authorization are removed. Business records retained independently by a workspace remain subject to its retention policy and applicable law.
