Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to OmniReach through canwe.tech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms for yourself and the business you represent, and confirm that you have authority to bind that business. The service is intended for lawful business use by adults.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials and keep workspace permissions current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer communications
You are responsible for customer content, contact lists, consent, opt-outs, templates and communications sent through your workspace. You must comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, telemarketing and messaging laws as well as Meta, WhatsApp, Google and other connected-provider policies. OmniReach does not provide contact consent on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You may not use OmniReach for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive reviews, malware, credential theft, prohibited goods, rights infringement, unauthorized surveillance or attempts to bypass platform, provider or security limits. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, resell without authorization or access another tenant’s data.
Connected services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability and approval requirements. You authorize OmniReach to call their APIs and process integration data only to provide requested functions. We are not responsible for provider policy decisions, account restrictions, API changes or outages outside our control.
AI and review features
AI-generated replies, summaries and review drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review output before use and remain responsible for published content. OmniReach must not be used to fabricate customer experiences, impersonate reviewers or automatically publish content where provider rules or law require human action or consent.
Fees and payments
Paid plans, usage charges, credits, taxes and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in the billing area. Payment processing may be provided by PhonePe or another provider. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable. We may suspend paid functionality for overdue or reversed payments.
Ownership and data
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant OmniReach the limited rights needed to host, transmit, transform, back up and process that content to operate and secure the service. OmniReach and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, documentation and service. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, abuse, legal requirements, non-payment or material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Terms intended to survive termination remain effective.
Service changes and warranties
We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, provider approval, message delivery, business outcomes or that AI output will be error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or loss caused by third-party platforms. OmniReach’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
